Role & Responsibilities
- Define and pilot Data & AI projects in response to business team requirements, evaluating priorities, monitoring progress, and maintaining transparent communication with all stakeholders
- Develop and articulate compelling business cases to justify project selections and establish alignment between technical and business teams
- Implement data science projects and analyses addressing Louis Vuitton product and operational challenges, focusing on supply chain and manufacturing domains
- Measure and assess the performance and ROI of machine learning models relative to existing business methodologies and establish post-implementation value benchmarks
- Deploy implemented methods and models to production in collaboration with data engineering teams
- Present findings and results to business stakeholders, providing alerts and guidance as necessary
- Train and support business teams in adopting deployed tools and building organizational capabilities in data science and AI principles
- Iteratively enhance models and tools based on user feedback and evolving business requirements
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Engineering or equivalent university discipline
- Minimum 5 years' professional experience in data science, preferably with focus on supply chain or manufacturing applications
- Advanced expertise in statistical techniques, descriptive and predictive modeling, and machine learning algorithms
- Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing large-scale, complex datasets within distributed computing environments
- Strong hands-on experience developing data science solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Proficiency with data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
- Advanced competency with Dataiku data science platform
- Fluent English proficiency, both written and oral
- Outstanding interpersonal and collaborative capabilities

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in data science, with preferred background in supply chain optimization or manufacturing analytics. Candidate should demonstrate a track record of successfully delivering data science solutions in enterprise environments and translating complex analytical findings into actionable business strategy.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school or accredited university program in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, computer science, statistics, or data science.
