Louis Vuitton Data Manager in Drôme, France: permanent role managing SAP, PLM, and production data systems for luxury leather goods manufacturing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Configure and parameterize data within workshop information systems (IS) to ensure correct operation of internal and external flows, supporting workshops in documentation and reliability of industrial data for new products
- Document product and component nomenclatures in collaboration with Process Engineers and Project Managers
- Document and export finished product logistics data (color variations and components) into SAP systems
- Manage manufacturing routings and repair nomenclatures in SAP for new products; create local components (SFC, Kits M2020) for all new products
- Oversee product lifecycle management using PLM Centrix software
- Ensure data quality and product data availability through analysis tools (Power BI reporting) and support workshops in managing serial production data
- Diagnose first-level data anomalies reported by operational teams and coordinate modifications across downstream sites (MDM team)
- Facilitate cross-functional discussion of modification requests and support all necessary operational activities (inventory audits, address updates)
- Prepare cost sheets for N+1 annual budgeting exercises
Qualifications
- Diploma in IT management or related field (BTS, DUT level, or Bac+2 equivalent), or equivalent professional experience in industrial supply, logistics, or manufacturing sectors
- Proficiency in office software and industry-specific applications
- Comfort navigating and configuring information systems
- Understanding of product construction and leather goods manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of workshop operations, supply and outsourcing flows
- Competence with SAP/JDE and RCS systems
- Proficiency in PLM systems (technical and logistics data entry) and SAP tools (product sheets, routings, manufacturing order nomenclatures)
- Minimum three years of professional experience in related discipline

Education
