Role & Responsibilities

  • Identify optimization opportunities across all Supply Chain activities, including sales forecasting, central and regional distribution, DRP, and customer order management.
  • Collaborate with Process Owners to ensure coherence in end-to-end supply chain decisions.
  • Align various team indicators towards a Supply Chain Excellence Control Tower.
  • Serve as a data analysis expert to support tactical, strategic, and crisis operational decisions.
  • Propose new performance indicators.
  • Lead competency management in Data Analysis and Supply Chain Intelligence.
  • Innovate in data analysis methods by exploring new tools and developing AI agents to facilitate data analysis and transform organizations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience in Data Science and Data Analysis applied to business issues, preferably in supply chain.

Skills

Strong quantitative analysis skills, including data analysis, statistics, applied mathematics, and optimization. Proficiency in SQL, Python, PowerBI, and Looker. Experience with Dataiku is advantageous. Excellent understanding of complex issues, their modeling, and intelligible presentation. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Ability to quickly build expertise in new areas and propose innovative solutions. Autonomy, pioneering spirit, and ability to identify risks and opportunities beyond the supply chain scope.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years in Data Science and Data Analysis with a focus on business applications, ideally within the supply chain sector.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, business school, or university.
