Role & Responsibilities

• Extract and analyze customer behavioral data across all business categories using SQL, responding to departmental analysis requests
• Serve as primary point of contact for dedicated business stakeholders, providing guidance on customer metrics and analytics interpretation
• Conduct studies on customer purchase behavior and engagement patterns, with findings disseminated through written and oral presentations
• Support the BI team with regression testing and production deployment of customer performance dashboards
• Facilitate development and implementation of analytical tools by drafting specifications, coordinating UAT sessions, and creating user documentation
• Participate in customer segmentation and CRM optimization initiatives through taskforce contributions on priority programs
• Create and maintain technical documentation for analytical tools and platforms
• Coordinate analyst communities across regional zones to ensure consistent application of methodologies

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master's 1 or Master's 2 program in engineering, business, or applied statistics
• Proficiency in SQL or equivalent programming language
• Demonstrated analytical rigor and comfort working with quantitative data
• Fluent English language skills (mandatory)
• Strategic and synthetic thinking with strong business acumen

Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. Candidates should demonstrate academic excellence in quantitative disciplines and intellectual curiosity regarding customer insights and business analytics.
