Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Retail Performance Coordinator to analyze store performance data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Contribute to data-driven insights and strategies aimed at enhancing team and store efficiency
- Assist with the design and implementation of tools and strategies for improving in-store experience, performance tracking, and client service delivery
- Support the creation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports to monitor and evaluate retail operations
- Support stores with budget creation and supplier placement, and follow-up of orders in the SAP system
- Support weekly planning and agenda management for the Retail Director
- Manage incident and service requests, including creation and follow-up coordination with stores
- Design and prepare training materials and resources for in-store and virtual learning sessions
- Support the learning team with booking travel and accommodation for Louis Vuitton employees attending regional training sessions
- Track and evaluate the impact of coaching and training initiatives using KPIs to ensure continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Retail Management, or related field
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Proactive, service-minded, and people-oriented with a collaborative team attitude
- Demonstrated sense of ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn
- Knowledge of a regional language (Dutch, French, Nordic languages, or Polish) is advantageous

Beginner level; no prior work experience required. Students in their final year of study are preferred.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Retail Management, or a related discipline.
