Louis Vuitton Data Analysis Intern
Louis Vuitton in Munich seeks a Data Analysis Intern (12-month, full-time) to support retail KPI analysis and store performance across Germany and Austria.

Role & Responsibilities
- Provide first-line operational support to stores across Germany and Austria and act as a liaison between Retail teams and Head Office functions (Retail Performance, Learning).
- Monitor, review and produce weekly and monthly KPI and turnover reports to track store performance.
- Perform in-depth analyses of retail KPIs—with particular focus on client experience—to identify trends and actionable insights for store teams.
- Design and develop reporting approaches and dashboards to support in-store coaching programmes in close collaboration with the Learning team.
- Promote internal tools, processes and content via the weekly internal Retail Magazine and other retail communications.
- Support the organisation and delivery of workshops and training sessions to optimise store operations and processes.
- Contribute to ad hoc Retail Performance projects to improve the client experience and daily business operations.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and German; French is a plus.
- Available for a 12-month, full-time internship beginning 1 April 2026 and able to work on site in Munich (40 hours/week).
- Advanced data analysis and reporting capabilities with experience analysing and visualising large data sets.
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Word and PowerPoint, and exceptional Excel proficiency capable of independent analyses and report creation.
- Proven experience in a client-centric service environment and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, organisational aptitude, ability to prioritise, work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive, team-oriented mindset with an agile, entrepreneurial approach to problem solving.

Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or a related field; equivalent practical experience acceptable.
