Role & Responsibilities
- Support Product Owner and Business Owner in the operation and follow-up of the Voice of the Customer solution.
- Perform recurring and ad-hoc customer analyses to extract actionable insights for business teams.
- Monitor solution stability and operational KPIs (communications sent, feedbacks received, response rates, etc.).
- Provide level‑1 user support and contribute to the training and adoption of the customer feedback tool.
- Propose new themes, survey concepts and creative approaches to deepen understanding of the customer experience.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects as required and adapt work priorities to evolving business needs.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master 2 (M2) program at a business school or equivalent.
- Ideally holds a prior internship or first experience in customer experience, insights or analytics.
- Strong analytical mindset with a clear orientation toward improving customer experience.
- Creative, proactive and comfortable proposing new ideas and methodologies.
- Able to manage multiple dossiers simultaneously and work effectively in a team.
- Fluent in French and English.

Entry-level role designed for a Master 2 student; prior internship experience in customer experience, analytics or insights is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Master 2 (M2) program at a business school or equivalent.
