Louis Vuitton Customer Experience Assistant, Paris 2nd arrondissement: One-year apprenticeship beginning July 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct recurring and ad-hoc customer analyses in close collaboration with the Business Owner
- Monitor solution stability through key performance indicators such as communications sent, feedback received, and related metrics
- Provide Level 1 support to end-users in mastering the customer voice tool
- Propose innovative themes and creative approaches to better understand customer experience and identify operational improvements
- Contribute to user training and adoption of the customer feedback platform
- Support the Product Owner in tracking solution performance and optimization
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed Master's degree in a business school (École de Commerce)
- Strong analytical capability with demonstrated focus on customer experience
- Creative mindset with ability to generate original insights and recommendations
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Team collaboration skills and adaptability to change
- Fluency in English and French
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
