Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Product Owner and Business Owner on the Voice of Customer (VoC) solution, ensuring operational tracking and user adoption.
  • Perform recurrent and ad‑hoc customer analyses to extract actionable insights and inform business decisions.
  • Monitor solution stability and key operational indicators (communications sent, feedback received, response rates, etc.).
  • Provide first‑level user support and training materials to enable effective use of the VoC tool.
  • Propose new themes, survey formats or creative approaches to deepen understanding of the customer journey and surface improvement levers.
  • Contribute to related projects as required, according to profile and interest.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master 2 (or equivalent) business school programme.
  • Prior internship or experience in customer experience, analytics or related functions is desirable.
  • Strong analytical orientation with an interest in customer insights and journey mapping.
  • Creative, proactive and comfortable proposing new approaches to understand and improve the customer experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Pack Office).
