Louis Vuitton internship: CSR Assistant – Social Projects in Paris. Support sustainability strategy, community partnerships, and employee engagement initiatives in a 6-month role starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of CSR policy and strategy, including research into innovative corporate responsibility initiatives and competitive benchmarking
- Coordinate and consolidate annual CSR reporting on social themes, analyzing data aligned with organizational strategy
- Manage existing community partnerships, monitor key performance indicators, and identify new partnership opportunities relevant to the Maison
- Contribute to internal communication initiatives on CSR topics, including digital tools, communication materials, conferences, workshops, and solidarity events
- Support the organization of employee mobilization events on CSR themes, such as fundraising initiatives and awareness campaigns
- Provide administrative and project support across multiple concurrent CSR initiatives, ensuring rigorous organization and timely delivery
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school, university, or equivalent program with specialization in social or societal CSR/sustainability
- First professional experience in the CSR, sustainability, or social responsibility field preferred
- Fluent in French and English (telephone exchanges, meetings, written and oral presentations required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Demonstrated rigor, autonomy, analytical mindset, and initiative-taking ability
- Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently with strong organizational skills

Experience
Entry-level; initial professional experience in CSR, sustainability, or related fields is preferred but not required for candidates with demonstrated passion and academic foundation.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree from a business school, university, or equivalent institution with specialization in social or societal CSR and sustainable development.
