Louis Vuitton CRM Manager in Dubai: Drive luxury client engagement and personalized loyalty programs. Minimum 3 years retail experience required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute CRM campaigns, manage client databases, and deploy marketing automation and loyalty programs to drive conversion and retention
  • Design and implement personalized clienteling initiatives and support boutique teams with tools, training, and performance monitoring for high-value client relationships
  • Conduct data analysis and predictive analytics to define client segments and personas; prepare performance reports and business reviews with data-driven insights
  • Collaborate with digital, retail, marketing, and IT teams to ensure technical robustness and omnichannel consistency while aligning CRM messaging with brand vision
