Louis Vuitton CRM Internship Coordinator role in Paris, France—coordinate email campaigns and support EMEA marketing strategy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Pilot and coordinate email campaign deployment across EMEA markets, managing schedules and timelines
- Formulate strategic and operational recommendations to local market teams
- Support local teams in adopting and optimizing CRM tools effectively
- Validate campaigns in collaboration with central teams while ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines and luxury codes
- Analyse and review market-specific requests, challenging and restructuring them for central team handoff
- Support two CRM project managers on creative briefs and coordination
- Contribute to analytical activities including performance tracking and reporting
- Create and update training documentation to harmonize processes across EMEA markets
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor +4 or Master (business school, university, or equivalent)
- Specialization in Marketing or Digital
- Fluent English (written and oral) required
- Experience with marketing automation or CRM platforms (SFMC, Adobe Campaign, Braze preferred; SFMC knowledge is highly valued)
- Prior exposure to the luxury industry preferred
- Proficiency in an additional European or Middle Eastern language is an asset

Experience
Beginner level with exposure to marketing automation or CRM platforms; prior internship or academic project experience in digital marketing or CRM is valued; any prior experience in the luxury sector is a significant asset.
Education
Currently pursuing a Bachelor +4 or Master degree from a business school, university, or equivalent institution, with specialization in Marketing or Digital studies.
