Louis Vuitton CRM Intern in London: support regional clienteling strategy via Power BI, Salesforce, and Excel analysis.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Utilize Power BI, Salesforce, and advanced Excel to extract, clean, and visualize complex CRM data, maintaining system integrity and data accuracy
  • Compile and distribute weekly and monthly dashboards tracking regional trends and store-level metrics across Local Sales, Appointments, and Outreaches
  • Monitor corporate client lists and segment evolution to identify fresh engagement opportunities and long-term behavioral patterns
  • Evaluate targeted client touchpoint effectiveness through Outreaches, Appointments, Events, and Gifting campaigns
  • Extract, clean, and segment high-potential client lists tailored to store needs, product launches, and regional animations
  • Analyze dormant and unassigned client databases to facilitate seamless reassignments to active Client Advisors, minimizing relationship loss
  • Partner with Store Managers and Client Advisors to translate data insights into bespoke outreach strategies and store-level action plans
  • Serve as primary CRM support contact for boutiques regarding tool troubleshooting, data requests, and clienteling best practices
  • Consolidate performance data to track sales and client-facing team KPI evolution and optimize client allocation strategies
  • Prepare segment performance reports encompassing client volume, sales, retention rates, purchase frequency, and average spend

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Luxury Brand Management, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Proficiency or strong foundational knowledge in Power BI and Salesforce
  • Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data manipulation
  • Strong analytical agility to identify macro-regional trends while maintaining precision on micro-store and Client Advisor metrics
  • Demonstrated detail-orientation and precision when managing corporate client lists and performance reports
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Retail or service orientation with a genuine desire to empower retail teams and understand floor-level challenges
