Louis Vuitton CRM Intern in London: Support Regional Clienteling team with data analytics, Power BI, and Salesforce across UK, Ireland, and South Africa.
Role & Responsibilities
- Utilize Power BI, Salesforce, and advanced Excel to extract, clean, and visualize complex CRM data
- Compile and distribute weekly/monthly performance dashboards tracking regional trends and store-level metrics
- Monitor and report on Store and Client Advisor performance across key funnel metrics including Local Sales, Appointments, and Outreaches
- Track corporate client lists to identify fresh engagement opportunities and segment evolution
- Monitor and report KPIs across client segments including volume, sales, retention rates, purchase frequency, and average spend
- Evaluate effectiveness of targeted client touchpoints and boutique activation channels
- Extract, clean, and segment high-potential client lists tailored to specific store needs and product launches
- Analyze dormant or unassigned client databases to facilitate seamless client reassignments to active Client Advisors
- Partner with Store Managers and Client Advisors to provide data-driven insights and build bespoke outreach strategies
- Serve as point of contact for stores regarding CRM tool troubleshooting, list requests, and clienteling best practices
- Consolidate data to review sales and client-facing team performance against core CRM KPIs
- Assist in mapping team capabilities, regional coverage, and performance metrics to optimize client allocation
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Luxury Brand Management, Data Analytics, or related field
- Proficiency or strong foundational knowledge in Power BI and Salesforce
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data manipulation
- Strong analytical agility to identify macro regional trends while maintaining precision on micro-store metrics
- High level of precision when managing corporate client lists, event mappings, and performance reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of or keen interest in the luxury retail landscape and VIP clienteling behaviors

Beginner-level experience; entry into the field is appropriate for an internship role. Prior exposure to retail environments, CRM systems, or data analysis is advantageous but not required.
