Louis Vuitton in Milan hiring a CRM & Digital Intern (curricular, 6 months, hybrid) to support CRM campaigns, digital content and e‑commerce operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development of the multi‑channel business by assisting the Digital Team with daily operational activities.
- Adapt, manage and update local online content for web and mobile platforms.
- Monitor website and app performance, and participate in QA/testing of new features.
- Extract and manage lists for store operations and campaign delivery.
- Plan and contribute to execution of CRM campaigns (newsletter and push notifications).
- Prepare data analysis, regular reporting and slide presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Stores, Client Service and regional (EMEA) teams to ensure alignment of local initiatives.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a Bachelor's degree (preferably Economics, Business, Marketing or related discipline) — curricular internship required.
- High analytical aptitude with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
- Detail oriented with a proactive, can‑do attitude and strong task prioritization.
- Effective communicator with collaborative interpersonal skills.

Experience
Entry‑level; designed for students or recent graduates as a curricular internship. Previous internships or coursework in CRM, e‑commerce, digital marketing or data analysis are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's programme in Economics, Business, Marketing or a related field; curricular internship status required.
