Role & Responsibilities
- Champion the training strategy nationally, aligning content with local business objectives and seasonal priorities
- Design and deliver comprehensive training calendars spanning classroom sessions and in-store coaching tailored to market dynamics
- Coach and develop the Field Coach Trainer team to build their capability for consistent, high-quality store-level training delivery
- Spend regular time on the shop floor observing, coaching, and reinforcing Maison standards alongside retail teams
- Tailor training deployment to regional needs, partnering closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Establish KPIs and use performance data to refine training effectiveness and measure impact
- Build strong relationships across Retail and Human Resources functions to align training initiatives with business priorities
- Stay ahead of industry trends and drive continuous innovation in training program design
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of training and development experience within luxury retail or premium client-service environments
- Strong capability in coaching, facilitation, and training program design and management
- Sound budgeting and project management skills
- Genuine investment in developing others and a caring, adaptable leadership style
- Strong inter-cultural intelligence and collaborative, data-informed decision-making approach
- Proven hands-on engagement with store-level operations and retail teams
