Louis Vuitton seeks a Costing & DiBa Specialist in Venice, Italy to manage footwear cost specifications and production pricing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Codify materials based on design and style specifications (leathers, accessories, packaging, reinforcements, laces), entering the technical shoe specifications (DI.BA.) into the system
- Serve as interface between Style Office, Procurement, Marketing, and external manufacturers for accurate codifications
- Coordinate with internal and external manufacturers regarding labour costs, material consumption, and DiBa consistency with manufacturer samples
- Collaborate across departments to define production pricing
- Prepare and generate analytical reports on costing data
Qualifications
- Diploma or university degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the footwear costing sector
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; knowledge of PLM systems is highly desirable
- Strong teamwork and collaborative capabilities
- Fluent English language skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Autonomous execution of assigned activities
