Louis Vuitton seeks an experienced Correspondence Team Manager in Irving, TX to lead client service advisors. USD $80K–$100K + bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management and day-to-day support of Correspondence Advisors handling all client contacts across inbound phone calls, emails, live chat, and social media platforms
  • Foster achievement of Correspondence Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through proactive coaching, motivation, development, and training of team members to ensure successful daily operations and highest-level client experience delivery
  • Develop client loyalty whilst promoting the Louis Vuitton brand image and product portfolio
  • Maximize business opportunities through visible presence and support, exploring creative solutions that benefit both client and brand whilst ensuring adherence to Louis Vuitton Promise standards
  • Provide backup coverage for phone, email, live chat, and social media communications as needed
  • Master brand and product knowledge through participation in all relevant Client Service Center and department training initiatives
  • Manage complex client situations with resolution expertise and attention to detail in a fast-paced, international business environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years in a similar management role with direct reports and demonstrated ability to lead others, preferably in a client-centric environment such as luxury retail, digital selling, retail, or hospitality
  • Proven track record of developing highly successful, goal-oriented teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong business intuition with a commercial mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional organizational skills and effective time-management capabilities
  • Availability for weekends, evenings, and holiday shifts
  • Must be able to work on-site in Irving, Texas
