Louis Vuitton Corporate Social Responsibility Manager in New York—lead sustainability and DEI strategy across Americas region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of global and regional Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainability strategy across Louis Vuitton Americas
- Independently lead and manage complex CSR projects from conception through execution, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes
- Co-develop and co-facilitate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Corporate Social Responsibility training sessions and learning activations
- Oversee collection, analysis, and strategic reporting on key CSR metrics and data to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement
- Lead internal communications and engagement efforts, developing innovative strategies to raise awareness of CSR and DEI best practices among all employee levels
- Develop compelling communication materials, presentations, and content conveying CSR and DEI messages across internal platforms in collaboration with the Internal Communications Team
- Lead and empower the network of DEI Ambassadors to serve as catalysts for change and drive impactful initiatives across the organization
- Strategically manage the Benevity platform for employee giving, volunteering, and engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational CSR and DEI goals
- Conduct advanced research on emerging CSR, sustainability, and DEI trends, regulations, and best practices, translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Identify, develop, and implement opportunities for significant process improvements and innovative solutions within CSR and DEI initiatives
- Ensure full compliance with relevant environmental, social, and equity regulations and internal policies, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Corporate Social Responsibility, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, or a related field, preferably within a corporate environment
- Demonstrated experience leading complex projects
- In-depth understanding and proven expertise in Corporate Social Responsibility principles, environmental issues, social responsibility, and DEI concepts
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate with diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to independently manage complex projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and achieve strategic objectives
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with ability to interpret complex data and identify trends
- Deep passion for luxury retail and commitment to sustainable and equitable practices
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Corporate Social Responsibility, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, or a related field, preferably within a corporate environment. Demonstrated experience in leading complex projects is essential. Experience with employee engagement platforms such as Benevity is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
