Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the development and regional implementation of Louis Vuitton Americas' CSR and sustainability strategy, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
- Independently manage complex CSR and DEI programmes from conception to delivery, including scoping, resource allocation, risk mitigation and outcome measurement.
- Design, co-build and co-facilitate DEI and CSR training modules and learning activations for employees at all levels.
- Oversee collection, analysis and strategic reporting of CSR metrics, translating data into actionable insights and executive-level recommendations.
- Spearhead internal communications and engagement initiatives, develop compelling content and energize the DEI Ambassador network to drive cultural change.
- Strategically manage the Benevity platform to maximise employee giving, volunteering and engagement in line with regional CSR objectives.
- Conduct research and benchmarking on emerging CSR, sustainability and DEI trends and regulations; propose innovative practices and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant environmental, social and equity regulations and internal policies, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive professional experience in Corporate Social Responsibility, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, sustainability, or a closely related corporate function.
- Demonstrated record of leading and delivering complex projects end-to-end within a corporate environment.
- Experience with employee engagement platforms such as Benevity is a plus.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver training and internal communications to diverse stakeholder groups.
Skills
Experience
At least 5 years of progressive experience in CSR, sustainability, DEI or related corporate roles, with documented experience leading cross-functional projects and delivering measurable outcomes. Prior exposure to employee engagement platforms and internal communications is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in a relevant field preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 110,000 to USD 125,000 per annum.
