Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a cohesive corporate press strategy aligned with the Maison’s institutional objectives.
  • Manage and supervise all press‑relations activities and resources for assigned institutional projects.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with national and international media and editorial partners; negotiate editorial and distribution conditions.
  • Collaborate closely with Headquarters teams and regional press officers to tailor communications to market specificities and ensure strategic coherence.
  • Create and contribute to project storytelling and editorial content for institutional initiatives.
  • Promote digitalisation of press workflows by developing online management tools and communication platforms.
  • Establish KPIs, monitor campaign performance and prepare regular progress and results reports for senior management.
  • Organise and deliver training sessions for regional and local press representatives to ensure consistent execution.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Business, Communications, Journalism or equivalent university qualification.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in corporate press, public relations or communications roles—experience within luxury fashion or high‑end lifestyle brands preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage cross‑functional relationships and coordinate multi‑market programmes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English; outstanding French editorial quality.
  • Autonomy, proactivity, strong attention to detail, and a disposition for strategic thinking and creative storytelling.
