Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a global press relations strategy aligned with corporate objectives and institutional projects.
  • Manage and supervise all press-related activities and resources, ensuring coherence across the Maison’s global network.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key media and external agencies; negotiate press partnerships and placements.
  • Contribute to the creation and refinement of storytelling for institutional initiatives and major communications.
  • Coordinate closely with Head Office teams and regional press leads to adapt strategies to local markets and gather field feedback.
  • Organise and deliver regular training sessions for regional and local press officers to ensure consistent execution.
  • Promote digitalisation of PR workflows by developing online tools and platforms; monitor media trends and integrate innovations.
  • Define PR KPIs, measure campaign performance and prepare regular reports for senior management with recommended adjustments.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Business, Communications, Journalism or an equivalent university qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in press relations or corporate communications, ideally in luxury fashion or related sectors.
  • Fluent in French and English, with excellent written communication skills in French.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong media relationships and to negotiate with agencies and outlets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, cross-functional collaboration capability and capacity to work autonomously and proactively.
  • Sensitivity to luxury brand standards: rigour, attention to detail, creativity and a commitment to excellence.
