Louis Vuitton Munich Controlling Intern (12 months): SAP, budget analysis, financial reporting. Ideal for Business Administration graduates seeking LVMH luxury experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process and monitor sales data in SAP, including purchase orders and budget tracking
- Support preparation of budget analyses, budget-to-actual reconciliations, and strategic planning estimates aligned with corporate and market-specific guidelines
- Professionally prepare sales data for various sales reports and monthly expense reports across all stores
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings in collaboration with Controlling and Accounting teams
- Prepare sales data for exchange and reconciliation of budget-to-actual analyses with Head Office departments
- Monitor and enter store sales budgets, and prepare quarterly expense data
- Support internal control activities in close cooperation with Internal Control EMEA
- Collaborate closely with Accounting, HR, Administration teams, and Headquarters in Paris
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recent graduate of Business Administration with focus on Controlling or comparable field
- Initial knowledge of financial controlling principles
- Confident proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Experience with SAP applications
- Structured and independent working approach with high responsibility and discretion
- Team player with systematic, goal-oriented, and solution-focused mindset
Skills
Experience
Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. Studies in Business Administration with focus on Controlling or comparable field expected.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree programme in Business Administration with specialization in Controlling, or a comparable field of study.
