Louis Vuitton, Madrid: Controlling & Expenses Advisor – temporary finance role supporting Mediterranean retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Review and control travel and expenses in accordance with Louis Vuitton travel and expenses policy
- Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders, partners, and third-party solutions providers including SAP and Concur
- Perform accounting and reconciliation for expense notes and cash advance reports in accordance with established guidelines
- Prepare key performance indicators on travel and expenses for management review
- Participate in the preparation of monthly financial closing procedures for travel and expenses
- Take part in and initiate process improvement projects using problem-solving methodologies
- Monitor and follow-up on purchase order flows for the retail network of the Mediterranean region
- Support compliance analysis and provide recommendations for procedure enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree obtained within the past 3 years (mandatory for contrato de prácticas eligibility under Spanish labor law)
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with French as an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical capabilities and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or related field; previous experience in the luxury industry and digital marketing preferred.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, International Relations, or related discipline, obtained within the past 3 years.
