Louis Vuitton, Madrid: Controlling & Expenses Advisor – temporary finance role supporting Mediterranean retail operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Review and control travel and expenses in accordance with Louis Vuitton travel and expenses policy
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders, partners, and third-party solutions providers including SAP and Concur
  • Perform accounting and reconciliation for expense notes and cash advance reports in accordance with established guidelines
  • Prepare key performance indicators on travel and expenses for management review
  • Participate in the preparation of monthly financial closing procedures for travel and expenses
  • Take part in and initiate process improvement projects using problem-solving methodologies
  • Monitor and follow-up on purchase order flows for the retail network of the Mediterranean region
  • Support compliance analysis and provide recommendations for procedure enhancements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree obtained within the past 3 years (mandatory for contrato de prácticas eligibility under Spanish labor law)
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with French as an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical capabilities and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
