Role & Responsibilities
- Implement and manage continuous improvement initiatives across the footwear manufacturing division, reporting directly to the plant director
- Conduct production time studies, define lead times and production cycles using specialized analytical tools
- Support the planning department in balancing and optimizing production workflows across manufacturing departments
- Map current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and establish best practices
- Ensure implementation and maintenance of data collection and analysis systems to support evidence-based decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably with an industrial specialization
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing environments, preferably in footwear, fashion, or luxury goods sectors
- Demonstrated proficiency with Kaizen methodology, Lean tools (5S, Value Stream Mapping, Total Productive Maintenance), and process improvement frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills

Minimum 2–3 years in manufacturing contexts, preferably in footwear, fashion, or luxury goods production, with demonstrated experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
Education
