Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage continuous improvement projects within the footwear division, reporting to the Plant Director.
  • Reengineer current processes and implement new ones to enhance efficiency.
  • Measure production times, define lead times, and establish production cycles using specific tools.
  • Support the planning office in balancing production departments.
  • Map processes, identify improvements, and define best practices.
  • Ensure the implementation and updating of data collection and analysis systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing environments, ideally in footwear or luxury fashion sectors.

Skills

Proficiency in MS Office suite. Knowledge and application of continuous improvement tools, Kaizen methodology, and Lean tools such as 5S, VSM, TMP. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, including enthusiasm, empathy, and teamwork. Autonomy and flexibility. Proactivity and result orientation.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in manufacturing environments, with a preference for experience in the footwear or luxury fashion sectors.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial Engineering.
