Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct time studies and define lead times and standard work cycles to establish accurate production benchmarks.
- Map and standardize processes, identify and eliminate non–value-add activities to improve throughput and efficiency.
- Support production departments in workload balancing and capacity planning to optimise line performance.
- Collect and analyse quality issues, lead cross-functional Kaizen teams and implement corrective actions.
- Capture operator suggestions, codify best practices and disseminate standard operating procedures.
- Ensure implementation, maintenance and continuous enhancement of data collection and production analysis systems.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering — industrial engineering preferred.
- Minimum five years' experience in manufacturing environments, preferably in footwear or fashion/luxury production.
- Proven track record implementing continuous improvement projects using Kaizen and Lean methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience in time & motion studies and process mapping.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; experience facilitating cross-functional teams and driving change on the shop floor.
- Autonomous, flexible, proactive and results-oriented work approach.

Experience
At least 5 years of continuous improvement or manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment; experience in footwear or luxury fashion manufacturing strongly preferred.
Education
Degree in Engineering (industrial engineering preferred).
