Louis Vuitton — Continuous Improvement Intern in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda, Spain. Internship supporting Lean/Kaizen projects and production-line optimisation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support on-site projects to enhance productivity, product quality, workplace safety and ergonomics across production stations.
- Contribute to development and deployment of continuous improvement methods and tools (Agile approaches, 5S, Kaizen) within manufacturing processes.
- Assist implementation of process and flow adaptations to raise industrial performance on manual and automated lines.
- Provide operational support for production line management, including data collection and performance follow-up.
- Participate in international meetings and benchmarking exercises to capture best practices and propose improvements.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
- Availability for a minimum 6‑month internship placement.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of Power BI and CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Autodesk) is desirable.
- Proficiency in English and/or French; Spanish language ability is implied by the workplace location.

Beginner level — suitable for students with little or no prior professional experience; previous internships or academic projects in manufacturing or industrial engineering are an advantage.
Education
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda, Catalonia, Spain, with easy access to Barcelona.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 8 per hour.
