Role & Responsibilities
- Participate on-site in projects to improve productivity, product quality, workplace safety and ergonomics across production stations.
- Support the development and deployment of methods and tools (agile methodologies, 5S, Kaizen) within the production area to secure continuous process improvement.
- Assist in implementing process and flow adaptations on manual and automated lines to raise industrial performance and line efficiency.
- Provide operational support in the day-to-day management of production lines, applying learned methods to live manufacturing environments.
- Take part in international meetings and benchmarking activities to capture best practices and transfer improvements across sites.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or an equivalent engineering discipline.
- Availability for a minimum six-month internship.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Basic command of English and/or French.
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to a flexible schedule.

Beginner — no professional experience required. Candidates should be current students with academic exposure to industrial processes, lean methods or production engineering.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
