Louis Vuitton seeks a Continuous Improvement Intern in Malissard, France to optimize logistics operations using Lean methodologies.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct critical analysis of existing logistics processes and identify optimization opportunities
  • Design, simplify, and optimize operational procedures and workflows
  • Organize facility reimplantations and warehouse zoning strategies
  • Enhance ergonomic conditions and working environment at operational stations
  • Disseminate best practices and standard procedures across teams
  • Monitor and track continuous improvement initiatives over time
  • Lead field-based projects to improve productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomics using Lean methodologies (risk analysis, problem-solving, 5S, PDCA, DMAIC)
  • Quantify potential gains and establish measurable targets
  • Plan resource allocation and manage project scheduling
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Ensure achievement of performance targets and project deadlines

Qualifications

  • Student enrolled in an engineering school programme (Master's level, Bac +4/5)
  • Specialization in industrial methods, Lean Management, or related discipline
  • Demonstrated interest in industrial optimization and process improvement
  • Knowledge or strong aptitude for Lean tools (5S, VSM, DMAIC, 5P, 5M)
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet and business intelligence software (Excel, Power BI)
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly valued
  • Fluent in English
