Louis Vuitton Internship · Continuous Improvement in Girona, Spain. Support lean manufacturing and process optimization at a luxury atelier.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in on-site projects to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomic standards across production areas
- Support the development and implementation of lean methodologies including 5S, Kaizen, and agile frameworks within manufacturing operations
- Contribute to process optimization and adaptation initiatives that improve industrial performance across manual and automated production lines
- Provide operational support in the management and monitoring of production line workflows
- Participate in international benchmarking meetings to identify and disseminate best practices
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree in industrial organization engineering, industrial technologies, or equivalent discipline
- Ability to commit to at least 6 months of internship
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- English and/or French language capability

Beginner level. No prior professional experience required; candidate should be an active student in relevant engineering discipline.
Education
Currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate degree in industrial organization engineering, industrial technologies, or equivalent engineering discipline.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 8 per hour.
