Louis Vuitton — Continuous Improvement Intern in Beaulieu-sur-Layon, France. 6-month internship in atelier production improvement (start Sept 2026).
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Continuous Improvement manager and team in developing new routines, tools and KPIs to optimise atelier manufacturing processes.
- Drive on-the-ground projects to improve productivity, product quality, workplace safety and ergonomics while ensuring manufacturing time targets are met.
- Define and apply production standards that secure consistent, high-quality output and preserve artisanal techniques.
- Develop benchmarking practices across workshops in France and Europe to share best practices and elevate performance.
- Work daily with team leaders and leathercraft specialists to animate improvement initiatives and foster adoption at the shop-floor level.
- Contribute to cost-reduction efforts for high-value products through method and process enhancements.
Qualifications
- Master's level education (Bac+4/5) in industrial production, continuous improvement, quality engineering or manufacturing.
- Strong analytical skills, rigor and autonomy; demonstrated capacity to structure problems and propose measurable solutions.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills to interact with multidisciplinary teams and workshop craftsmen.
- Dynamic, curious and innovation-minded with a genuine interest in artisanal manufacturing.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and experience using IT tools to collect and analyse data.
- Environmental awareness and commitment to sustainability objectives.

Entry-level. Ideal candidates may have a first professional or internship experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, but prior experience is not mandatory.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in industrial production, continuous improvement, quality engineering, manufacturing or a closely related discipline.
