Louis Vuitton Continuous Improvement Intern – Barberà del Vallès, Spain. 6+ month internship in industrial process optimization and lean manufacturing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in on-site continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and workplace ergonomics across manufacturing operations
- Support development and deployment of improvement methodologies and tools including agile frameworks, 5S, Kaizen, and other lean manufacturing techniques within the production area
- Assist in implementing process and workflow improvements to optimize industrial performance across manual and automated production lines
- Provide operational support in managing production lines and execution of improvement initiatives
- Participate in international benchmarking meetings and collaborative improvement forums
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent discipline
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Capability to commit to a minimum 6-month internship duration
- Knowledge of Power BI and design tools such as AutoCAD, Solidworks, or Autodesk (preferred)
- Fluency in English and/or French (preferred)

Beginner level; internship students with foundational knowledge of industrial engineering or manufacturing processes preferred. No prior professional experience required.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Industrial Engineering or an equivalent discipline.

The role is situated in Barberà del Vallès, Catalonia, Spain — conveniently close to Barcelona.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 8 per hour.
