Louis Vuitton Continuous Improvement Intern in Barberà, Spain — optimize production processes in luxury manufacturing within the LVMH group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in on-site continuous improvement projects targeting productivity, quality, safety, and workplace ergonomics optimization
- Support the development and implementation of continuous improvement methodologies (agile frameworks, 5S, Kaizen, etc.) within the production department
- Assist in implementing process and manufacturing workflow improvements to enhance industrial performance across manual and automated production lines
- Provide operational support in managing and monitoring production line efficiency and performance metrics
- Participate in international benchmarking meetings to share best practices and identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree or master's program in Industrial Engineering or equivalent discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly advanced Excel
- Ability to commit to a minimum six-month internship duration
- Desirable knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting
- Desirable experience with design software tools such as AutoCAD, Solidworks, or Autodesk

Experience
Beginner-level experience; candidates should be currently pursuing formal studies in industrial engineering or an equivalent field with practical application of theoretical knowledge desired.
Education
Pursuing or holding a degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Management, or an equivalent engineering discipline; master's level candidates are welcome.
