Louis Vuitton Continuous Improvement Intern in Barcelona, Spain. Support manufacturing optimization and agile methodologies in luxury leather goods production.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in on-site continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and workplace ergonomics
  • Support the development and implementation of improvement methodologies (agile practices, 5S, Kaizen) within production operations
  • Assist in implementing process improvements and adaptations to manufacturing workflows to increase industrial performance on manual and automated lines
  • Provide operational support in the management and optimization of production line efficiency
  • Participate in international benchmarking meetings to share best practices and drive process innovation

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent program
  • Minimum 6-month internship availability
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • English and/or French language proficiency

Experience

Beginner-level; currently enrolled in or recently completed an engineering degree program with foundational knowledge of manufacturing processes and operational improvement concepts.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent discipline.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 8 per hour.
