Role & Responsibilities
- Support industrialization of new products for the Issoudun workshop, preparing processes and tooling for series production.
- Analyze and drive improvements to production line performance to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Maintain and enforce production standards while initiating and implementing continuous innovations.
- Integrate safety, health, environmental and quality (HSE & Quality) considerations into performance improvement initiatives.
- Lead or contribute to defined projects including structuring EXO repairs through digital/tools to reduce exceptional repairs and completing the sector synchronisation (Greenbelt) performance optimisation project.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently admitted to a Bac+4/5 engineering or business program (école d’ingénieur.e, école de commerce) or equivalent with specialization in industrial engineering, continuous improvement, methods or production.
- Available for a 1‑year alternance (apprenticeship) beginning September 2026 at Issoudun (Condé).
- Strong analytical capability, collaborative team spirit and flexibility.
- High interest in hands-on, shopfloor work and field-based problem solving.

Entry-level / suitable for students or recent graduates. No prior professional experience required; role designed for an apprentice (alternance) to gain practical manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.
Education
Bac+4/5 level study in engineering, industrial engineering, continuous improvement, methods, production or equivalent (école d’ingénieur.e or école de commerce with relevant specialization).
