  • Support the Methods & Continuous Improvement team in the industrialization of new atelier products, defining manufacturing processes and work instructions.
  • Analyse production lines and implement measures to improve throughput, yield and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
  • Define, deploy and sustain production standards while driving incremental and breakthrough innovations to raise operational performance.
  • Integrate safety, occupational health, environmental and quality requirements into process improvements and daily operations.
  • Lead two priority projects: structuring EXO repair workflows to reduce exotic repairs, and finalising the Synchro sector performance optimisation (Greenbelt project).
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (production, quality, maintenance, supply chain) to implement and industrialise agreed solutions.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 engineering, business or equivalent programme with specialization in industrial engineering, methods, production or continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated problem‑solving ability and comfort with data‑driven decision making.
  • Proven team orientation, interpersonal skills and ability to work in field environments.
  • Adaptability and organisational rigor to manage concurrent operational improvement projects.
