Louis Vuitton: Continuous Improvement Engineer apprenticeship, Sales Administration, Cergy, France.
Role & Responsibilities
- Propose improvements and optimizations to simplify and automate current tasks and processes used by the Sales Administration service, ensuring enhanced efficiency and maintenance of existing tools
- Analyse the existing situation of the Sales Administration service through flow analysis and process mapping
- Validate requirements and conduct field testing with the team to verify proposed modifications
- Assist managers in implementing performance indicator dashboards and KPI tracking systems
- Participate in and provide training for the deployment of improvement initiatives in collaboration with operational teams
- Ensure rollout of improvement solutions for reporting and monitoring departmental activities
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school programme at BAC+4 or BAC+5 level
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Power BI
- Knowledge of algorithms and SQL/VBA/JavaScript
- Experience or knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP
