Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for the Sales Administration service across World, Europe and exotic warehouses.
- Propose and design process optimizations and automation opportunities to simplify tasks and increase operational efficiency; maintain existing tools.
- Map and re‑analyse current flows and processes to identify root causes and improvement levers.
- Validate business needs and run field tests with operational teams to confirm proposed changes.
- Support managers in the design and deployment of performance dashboards and KPIs for the service.
- Train teams and assist with the roll‑out of new procedures and reporting solutions to ensure adoption and sustainment.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an engineering programme equivalent to Bac+4/5 (Master-level engineering school).
- Fluent English, both written and spoken — mandatory for daily interactions on the role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Power BI is recommended.
- Basic programming/algorithmic knowledge and exposure to SQL, VBA and/or JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience or exposure to ERP systems such as SAP is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills, intellectual curiosity, agility and a demonstrated commitment to environmental responsibility.
