Louis Vuitton internship: Continuous Improvement Engineer at Juilley Workshops, Normandy. 5–6 month internship starting September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and animate ORPA (Organisation, Rangement, Propreté, Amélioration) workshops on production lines
- Conduct critical analyses of existing processes and identify operational dysfunctions
- Propose and implement continuous improvement actions across production workflows
- Deploy structured workplace organization initiatives to reduce accident risks and enhance working conditions
- Draft standard operating documents and best-practice guides for ORPA optimization
- Assist production team leads in monitoring and reducing non-conforming products
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher in Engineering or equivalent discipline
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Lean Management methodologies and the 5S framework
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail and adaptability
- Collaborative mindset with active hands-on approach
- Ability to thrive in a demanding, precision-focused manufacturing environment
Skills
Experience
Entry-level or beginner-level experience in an industrial manufacturing setting is ideal but not required. The successful candidate will demonstrate foundational knowledge of production environments and a commitment to learning advanced continuous improvement practices.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3), Master's degree, or equivalent engineering qualification (Bac+4 or Bac+5).
