Louis Vuitton Concierge position in New York, 57th Street. Full-time luxury retail role with $25-$28/hr plus commission.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build genuine relationships with clients by determining their needs and directing them to appropriate departments and universes
- Serve as the client's first point of contact within the store, setting the tone for their entire experience
- Greet every client with the highest degree of courtesy and integrity
- Maintain the daily calendar of client appointments and on-going in-store events
- Partner with the Client Experience team and collaborate with the store team to ensure a seamless client experience
- Achieve individual and team goals while maintaining back-of-house efficiency
- Support the business strategy and contribute to enhancing the client experience in-store
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail or client services
- Demonstrated ability to build genuine client relationships
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of the luxury retail environment and brand values
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or client services roles with demonstrated success in building and maintaining high-level client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in luxury hospitality or customer service is advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 25 to USD 28 per hour.
