Louis Vuitton is seeking a part-time Concierge for its Rodeo location in Beverly Hills. The role welcomes clients, builds genuine relationships, directs them to appropriate departments, and coordinates appointments and in-store events. This is a permanent, part-time position paying USD 26–30 per hour, with bonus opportunity and benefits subject to hours worked.
Role & Responsibilities
- Initiate relationships with clients by identifying their needs and directing them to the appropriate departments and product universes.
- Serve as the store’s first point of contact and set the tone for the client’s experience.
- Greet every client with courtesy and integrity, uphold the Louis Vuitton Promise, and help clients make the most of their time at the Maison.
- Partner with the Client Experience team and the wider store team to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Maintain the daily calendar of client appointments and in-store events.
- Act as a Louis Vuitton ambassador, ensuring every client receives an experience aligned with the Louis Vuitton Promise.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience.

- A strategic sales attitude, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for connecting with clients.
