Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Legal & Compliance team in strengthening and implementing the Maison's anti‑corruption and business ethics programs in coordination with Internal Control.
- Draft and update compliance policies, procedures and charters addressing specific regulatory and ethical topics.
- Contribute to employee awareness, training and onboarding initiatives to promote adherence to the Maison’s compliance programs.
- Prepare materials and support the organisation of compliance governance bodies and internal committees.
- Conduct third‑party compliance checks in line with the vendor evaluation procedure, including open‑source research and database analysis.
- Assist with second‑line control activities and contribute to internal control reviews.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments and produce analytical notes to inform the team.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a master’s program at a university or business school with a specialization in compliance, business ethics, international business law or regulation.
- Ideally holds a first professional experience in Compliance, preferably within an international company.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Forms and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrates rigor, initiative and a collaborative team spirit.

Experience
Entry‑level: no extensive professional background required. A first internship or experience in a compliance or legal function — especially within an international organisation — is strongly desirable.
Education
Master’s degree in progress (law, business school or equivalent) with a specialization in compliance, business ethics, international business law or regulation.
