Louis Vuitton, Paris: Compensation Specialist responsible for salary reviews, pay equity, and benefits administration at headquarters level.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate annual salary review campaigns for the Paris headquarters, ensuring adherence to guidelines, internal equity, and consistency across all departments and positions
- Prepare, validate, and manage campaign data including organizational structure, validation workflows, and compensation datasets
- Facilitate salary review meetings with operational managers and HR professionals, monitoring compliance with strategic guidelines and fairness standards
- Partner with HR and Payroll teams to ensure salary decisions are accurately reflected in employment contracts and payroll systems
- Develop competitive compensation packages in partnership with HR, aligned to market benchmarks and internal equity frameworks
- Design remuneration proposals for international transferees joining the French headquarters, in compliance with Global Mobility policies and international relocation practices
- Support HR generalists in communicating compensation proposals to candidates and employees
- Manage participation in compensation surveys for the headquarters, ensuring consistency and alignment with EMEA Compensation & Benefits standards
- Deploy social benefits programs (product allocations, company vehicles, benefits in kind) across the headquarters, ensuring policy translation and equitable application
- Coordinate external fiscal advisory services for French employees, consolidate invoicing, and monitor budget expenditure
- Partner with project leads to ensure effective deployment of key initiatives (Job Mapping, Pay Equity, Compensation Transparency) with appropriate stakeholder communication
- Identify, propose, and launch relevant Compensation & Benefits projects aligned with global roadmaps and strategic priorities
- Produce monthly gender pay equity reporting for headquarters, manufacturing operations, and retail networks
- Contribute to data quality across compensation and benefits information in HRIS systems
Qualifications
- University degree in Human Resources or equivalent specialized training
- Minimum 5 years of significant professional experience in compensation and social benefits
- Strong analytical capabilities with ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex compensation and benefits data
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional partners
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and solutions-oriented approach
- Mastery of Excel and HR technology platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors and other compensation-specific software

Experience
Minimum 5 years of significant professional experience in compensation and social benefits functions, including management of salary review campaigns, compensation package design, and social benefits administration.
Education
University degree in Human Resources or equivalent specialized training.
