Role & Responsibilities
- Design, implement and manage competitive compensation and benefits strategies aligned with the Maison’s and EMEA objectives to attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct annual and ad hoc market benchmarking and salary surveys; analyse trends and recommend adjustments to remuneration and benefits packages.
- Assess and optimise benefits offerings across the Mediterranean footprint; liaise with brokers, insurers and local vendors to implement programs.
- Ensure local implementation of group commission and compensation policies and support regional adaptation of EMEA frameworks.
- Lead payroll oversight and optimisation for seven countries (Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Turkey, Israel, Kazakhstan) and ensure strict compliance with local labour legislation.
- Manage immigration processes and mobility administration across the region, coordinating with LVMH mobility teams and external legal partners.
- Drive pay‑transparency initiatives and pay‑gap monitoring: collect data, report findings and ensure country‑level compliance with equality requirements.
- Develop and deliver communication and training materials to enable HRBPs and local HR teams to apply C&B policies effectively.
- Prepare and submit monthly and annual HR/social reports and KPIs (absenteeism, turnover, staff flexibility) to corporate stakeholders and auditors.
- Lead and coach a small regional team (4 direct reports), providing day‑to‑day management and development support; travel across the region as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or Law.
- Work permit for the EU and a valid Schengen visa required.
- Proficient in Spanish and English; French is an advantage.
- Deep knowledge of Spanish labour law and employee relations; strong familiarity with labour & benefits regulation across Mediterranean markets.
- Demonstrable ability to interpret and apply HR policies, local collective agreements and payroll legislation.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years’ progressive experience in compensation & benefits, ideally combining in‑house and consulting exposure. Experience in retail or service environments and in multinational organisations covering multiple markets is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or Law).
