Louis Vuitton seeks Compensation & Benefits Manager for Mediterranean region (7 countries) based in Madrid, managing payroll, C&B policy, and international mobility.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage compensation strategies to attract and retain talent, conducting annual market analysis through salary surveys and market research
- Assess benefits offerings and recommend improvements or adjustments annually
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations regarding employee conditions across the Mediterranean region
- Develop competitive compensation packages for managerial roles and international mobility assignments
- Interact with local stakeholders including insurance brokers, companies, and benefits vendors in each country
- Ensure implementation of the group's commission and compensation policies at the local level
- Contribute to the definition and continuous improvement of regional C&B policies, aligning EMEA guidelines with local market realities
- Support regional implementation of pay transparency requirements, including data collection, pay gap monitoring, and compliance with country-specific equality obligations
- Develop and roll out communication and training tools to support HRBPs in C&B policy management and understanding
- Interpret and implement HR policies regarding administration, benefits, and compensation
- Monitor, approve, and control payroll processing for the seven Mediterranean countries
- Maintain individual employee records for all corporate staff and manage HR aspects of payroll with strict confidentiality
- Interpret and communicate updates on local regulatory changes and collective agreements impacting C&B conditions
- Manage all immigration-related processes across the region, including work permits, visa applications, and administrative authorizations for international assignments
- Prepare monthly and annual social reports on HR indicators for corporate and audit teams
- Track main social indicators and relevant KPIs including absenteeism, turnover, and staff flexibility
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or Law
- 5–7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, combining in-house and consulting backgrounds
- Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and employee relations
- Experience in retail, service-related environments, or international companies covering multiple markets
- Proficiency in Spanish and English; French is an advantage
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with strong data interpretation capabilities
- Valid work permit in the EU with current Schengen visa

Experience
5–7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits combining in-house and consulting backgrounds; strong experience in retail or service-related environments and/or international companies managing multiple markets is strongly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Spanish labor law and employee relations required.
Education
Bachelor's degree, with preference for Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or Law.
