Louis Vuitton Compensation & Benefits Manager in Madrid, Spain – manage payroll, compliance, and benefits strategy across 7 Mediterranean countries.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage regional compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent, informed by annual salary surveys and market research
  • Conduct annual benefits assessments and provide recommendations for improvements or adjustments to benefits offerings
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations regarding employee conditions across all seven Mediterranean markets
  • Develop competitive compensation packages for managerial and internationally mobile roles
  • Manage relationships with local brokers, insurance companies, and employee benefits service providers in each country
  • Ensure implementation of group commission and compensation policies at the local level with fidelity to EMEA guidelines
  • Contribute actively to the definition and continuous improvement of regional C&B policies, balancing EMEA frameworks with local market realities
  • Support regional implementation of pay transparency requirements, including data collection, pay gap monitoring, and compliance with country-specific equality obligations
  • Develop and deliver communication and training materials to support HR Business Partners in effective management of C&B policies across the region
  • Monitor, approve, and control payroll processing for all seven Mediterranean countries
  • Maintain and update individual employee records for corporate staff with strict confidentiality protocols
  • Interpret and communicate changes in local labor regulations or collective agreements that impact C&B conditions
  • Manage all immigration-related processes across the region, including work permits, visa applications, and authorizations for international assignments
  • Prepare monthly and annual social reports on HR indicators for corporate and audit purposes
  • Track and monitor key social indicators and KPIs such as absenteeism, turnover, and staff flexibility
  • Ensure compliance with equality requirements across all jurisdictions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or Law
  • 5–7 years of professional experience in Compensation & Benefits, combining both in-house and consulting backgrounds
  • Demonstrated expertise in Spanish labor law and employee relations
  • Experience in retail, service-oriented environments, or international companies managing multiple markets
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; French highly advantageous
  • EU work permit with valid Schengen visa
  • Knowledge of LVMH governance and EMEA HR frameworks
