Louis Vuitton Communications Intern position in Singapore—support press, media, and events in luxury fashion communications.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the allocation of press samples for local and regional photo shoot requests, managing packing, courier arrangements, inspection, and administrative documentation
- Organize and maintain the press rack, ensuring timely circulation and updates with regional counterparts, and update the regional press rack folder with accurate information
- Monitor print and digital editorial coverage across regional publications on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis; consolidate press coverage reports from South Asia markets for monthly submission to Central HQ in Paris
- Assist in pre-event planning including vendor liaison and logistics coordination, and provide on-ground operational support during press and image events
- Execute day-to-day communications administration and documentation tasks; provide support for additional communication-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong passion for fashion and luxury industry
- Interest in brand communications, media relations, and event management
- Articulate and confident communicator with outgoing personality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Experience
Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. Beginner level or recently graduated candidates are encouraged to apply.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed an undergraduate degree, preferably in Communications, Fashion, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
