Louis Vuitton apprenticeship: Communications and Events Coordinator in Saint-Pourçain-sur-Sioule, France. 24-month alternance contract starting September 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Distribute employee communications across multiple channels within the manufacturing facility according to established schedules
  • Organize and execute internal events from conception through completion, including farewell gatherings and seasonal celebrations
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers to coordinate event logistics
  • Create and disseminate internal communications to publicize upcoming events and activities
  • Manage post-event communications and documentation
  • Support HR team initiatives in building employee engagement and workplace culture

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac +5) or equivalent qualification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Competence in graphic design and video editing software
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail
