Louis Vuitton Apprenticeship: Communications and Events Coordinator in Saint-Pourçain-sur-Sioule, France. 24-month HR program starting September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Disseminate employee communications through designated internal channels following established schedules
- Organize and oversee internal events including farewell gatherings and seasonal celebrations from conception through post-event follow-up
- Coordinate with external service providers and vendors for event logistics
- Prepare and distribute announcements to workshop staff prior to scheduled events
- Manage event documentation and post-event communications as needed
- Support HR team in executing the internal communications deployment strategy across the manufacturing facility
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in progress or recently completed
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience or strong aptitude with graphic design and video editing tools
- Demonstrated organizational and detail-oriented approach to project management
- Proactive mindset with enthusiasm for on-site, hands-on work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French
